What kind of experience does Cocoon Medical Spa have?
Cocoon Medical Spa have an experienced medical team with a combined experience of 30 years in the cosmetic and anti-aging industry. We have Australian and British doctors on the training and advisory consultants panel with registered Indonesian cosmetic doctors and nurses on staff.
Have your staff received any special training?
Our doctors and nurses are professionally educated, certified and trained. We insist on the highest quality training for all of our staff, and continuously educate our staff on the most current treatments and techniques . Our doctors are up to date with conferences in and out of the country to ensure the highest quality and safety in all treatments.
Who performs the treatments at Cocoon Medical Spa?
The treatments at Cocoon are all performed by our certified practitioners, RNs and physicians, while overseen by our consultant doctors. They are experienced in the fine art of aesthetic, anti-aging and wellness treatments. A thorough consultation with our doctors will be required to find the best treatment for you.

Do I need a consultation?
A consultation is absolutely necessary with our doctors because Cocoon uses an integrative approach. We need to have a clear understanding of your problem to design the right treatment plan for you with a combination of different modalities.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
While you can pre-book your appointment in advance, we ask that you try to provide a 72 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. That way, we can reschedule another client (who may be on the waiting list) in your slot.
How soon should I arrive before my appointment?
During the pre-booking stage with our booking manager, you will be advised on the necessary time to arrive pre-treatment. This is dependent on the type of treatment you require, so it is best to check with your manager. We advise that you arrive early on treatment day, to relax and enjoy the beautiful and serene ambiance Cocoon Medical Spa has to offer.
Is there any pre-treatment precautions that I need to know about?
During the booking process, you will be sent a comprehensive list of pre-treatment precautions. We advise that you adhere to the precautions to maximise and maintain results.
