You should know who is looking after you. So here they are, by name: eight doctors, including a dermatologist, and the nurses and therapists who work beside them.

We listen first

You might arrive knowing exactly what you want, or only that a mole or thinning hair bothers you. Either way is fine.

For a medical treatment, your doctor sees you in the consultation room and talks you through the options before anything is booked. If we think another treatment would suit you better, we say so, and if we think you need no treatment at all, we say that too.

Before you leave, we explain your aftercare, and if anything is unclear later, please message us. Where a treatment needs a review or follow-up, we guide you through what comes next.
