Vitamin A

And last but not least, Vitamin D
It plays an important role in our immune system. It strengthens the bones, so it is especially important for aging adults to avoid osteoporosis.
Our bodies naturally produce vitamin D when exposed to a fair amount of sunlight. Therefore, you can cut off your daily intake when being in a sunny climate. However: when you notice your body is showing signs of vitamin D deficiency, you might want to add it back to your diet.
