FRESH-FACED RADIANCE
Oxygen Jet Peel Facial
Cleanse. Exfoliate. Hydrate. A Gentle Facial Refresh With No Downtime.
The Experience
Oxygen Jet Peel Facial
The Oxygen Jet Peel Facial is a gentle, non-contact treatment that uses high-velocity microdroplets of sterile saline and oxygen to cleanse, exfoliate and refresh the skin.
The cooling jet removes dry surface cells without needles, suction or abrasive crystals. It is an ideal choice before a special occasion or whenever your skin feels dry, congested or dull.
Why You’ll Love It
Benefits
- Gently removes dry surface skin cells
- Cleanses areas of surface congestion
- Supports skin hydration
- Leaves the skin feeling smoother and softer
- Creates a fresh, radiant appearance
- Requires little to no downtime
The Treatment
How It Works
The Oxygen Jet Peel device combines oxygen with microscopic droplets of sterile saline. These droplets are accelerated through a specialist handpiece to create a fine, high-velocity jet.
The handpiece is moved just above the skin without touching it. The pressurised stream lifts away surface debris and dry skin cells while delivering moisture to the treatment area.
The strength and technique can be adapted according to your skin sensitivity and treatment goals. Selected skincare solutions may also be introduced when they are specifically formulated and approved for use with the device.
The treatment exfoliates and hydrates the skin’s surface. It should not be described as delivering oxygen throughout the body or increasing the immune activity of skin cells.

Your Appointment
What to Expect
Your appointment begins with a consultation and skin assessment. Your practitioner will ask about sensitivity, allergies, current skincare and recent facial treatments.
The skin is cleansed before the specialist handpiece is passed across the selected areas. A cooling stream of oxygen and saline microdroplets gently exfoliates and refreshes the skin.
Most people find the sensation comfortable and soothing. Additional passes may be performed across dry or congested areas, depending on your skin’s response.
Finishing products and sunscreen are applied after the jet treatment. Your skin should feel clean, smooth and refreshed without the recovery associated with a stronger peel.
Preparing for Your Visit
Before Your Treatment
Tell your practitioner about allergies, active skin conditions, medication and any recent chemical peel, laser, injectable or resurfacing treatment.
Pause strong exfoliating products, retinoids and acids before your appointment if advised. Avoid excessive sun exposure and do not attend with sunburned or significantly irritated skin.
Arrive with clean skin where possible. Makeup will be removed before treatment if necessary.
What You May Notice
Your Results
Your skin should feel smoother, softer and more hydrated immediately after treatment. The cooling exfoliation can also create a fresher, more radiant appearance.
Results are primarily temporary and cosmetic. Their duration depends on your skin type, environment, skincare routine and whether the Oxygen Jet Peel is performed alone or as part of a more complete facial.
The treatment can refresh the appearance of dull skin, but it should not be expected to remove established pigmentation, deep acne scars or stretch marks.

Helpful Information
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about your treatment and what to expect.
Is an Oxygen Jet Peel a chemical peel?
No. The standard treatment uses pressurised oxygen and sterile saline to provide gentle physical exfoliation. It does not produce the peeling or recovery associated with a medium or deep chemical peel.
Does the handpiece touch my skin?
No. The handpiece is held just above the skin while a fine stream of oxygen and saline microdroplets reaches the treatment area.
Is the treatment painful?
No. Most people describe the sensation as cool, fresh and slightly pressurised. Anaesthetic is not required.
Can it remove acne scars or pigmentation?
It may improve superficial smoothness and brightness, but it is not expected to remove established acne scars or deeper pigmentation. Other treatments may be more appropriate for these concerns.
Can I have it before a special occasion?
Yes. Its refreshing effect and minimal downtime make it a good pre-event treatment. If your skin is very sensitive, consider booking a few days beforehand.
Can it be combined with another facial?
Yes. The Oxygen Jet Peel is included within selected Cocoon facials, including the Cocoon Signature 360 Hydra Facial.
