Triple Booster Vitamin IV
- Before the drip
- A medical assessment
- Available at
- Legian, Ubud, Canggu
Your visit
We start by listening: your medical history, your medicines and any allergies, before anything goes in.
Then you sit back while the drip runs slowly through a small cannula, a thin, flexible tube in a vein, usually in your arm.
We keep an eye on you throughout, and slow or stop the drip if you feel uncomfortable at any point.

Aftercare
- Expect a small dressing on your arm, and a little tenderness or bruising that passes.
- Drink water afterwards and keep the rest of the day easy.
- Contact us if anything unexpected develops afterwards.
Some people feel more hydrated the same day or within 24 hours, while others notice little straight away. Results vary between people.
Afterwards, the vein where the cannula went in can be sore, bruised or irritated, or bleed a little. Some people feel light-headed or sick.
Infection can follow any drip, and allergic or fluid-related complications are uncommon.
Good to know
Ideal for
- Vitamin C and glutathione together
Please note
Before you book, please let us know about kidney disease or past kidney stones, G6PD deficiency, and haemochromatosis (iron overload) or any other iron-storage condition. The drip runs slowly through a small cannula while you sit still, so it is best if you feel at ease with that.
Before your visit
- Tell us what you take, including supplements, and about any kidney or heart condition.
- Say if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Say if you are having cancer treatment or take blood thinners.
- Eat something and drink water before you come.
- Please mention diabetes or a glucose monitor, as high-dose vitamin C can affect some readings.
- Let us know if you have been told to limit fluids.
A pair of antioxidants
Vitamin C is one, and your immune system needs it to work normally. Glutathione is the other.
The three B vitamins play a part in turning food into energy, and in the everyday work of your nerves and cells. Saline is the fluid that carries them all.
At Legian, your drip hangs against a wall of salt bricks lit from behind.
In the drip
- Saline
- Vitamin C, 5,000 mg
- Glutathione, which your body also makes
- Vitamins B1, B6 and B12

Questions people ask
We would love to say yes, but no drip can promise that. It cannot prevent, treat, diagnose or cure illness, and it never replaces good food, sleep or medical care.
That depends on the rate prescribed for you, so please ask us when you book.
There is no standard weekly plan. After your assessment, we recommend one for you, based on your health and how you respond.
