Beauty Of Aging

Everyone ages differently. Your genes are partly responsible for how you age, but lifestyle also plays a major role.

Let’s take a look at some of the early signs of aging in your 30s, 40s and 50s:

Aging signs in the 30s

Aging signs in your thirties are subtle but noticeable, especially when you look at yourself in the mirror under bright fluorescent light. Your skin is slowly starting to lose its glow and the lines between your eyes and crow’s feet are starting to be more prominent. Some women experience hyperpigmentation like melasma due to sun exposure. But all’s not lost. A good exfoliating cleanser and a quality night anti-aging product will help slow down the aging process.

Aging signs in the 40s

In your forties, your skin starts to lose some of its collagen and feels a bit dry. This leads to more pronounced wrinkles on your forehead and around your eyes and lips. Many people in their forties begin to feel obsessed with their looks, but this is actually the best time of your life. If you’re really bothered by the signs of aging, this is the time many women (and even men) undergo treatments like botox, laser resurfacing, skin rejuvenation treatments or even fillers. But if you don’t like going under knife, creams rich in peptides, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid will also do the trick. But at the end of the day, a few wrinkles less won’t make you much happier!

Aging sign in the 50s

In your fifties, you will most likely notice age-spots and skin-tags. Again, nothing that a good product can’t solve. You will probably experience loss of muscle tone too, but that also depends on your lifestyle choices and diet. The good news is, in your 50s you can expect fewer allergies and generally a more positive outlook and mindset.

Although aging is seen as a bad thing, people generally tend to feel more at peace with themselves as they age. Everybody likes to look nice, but far more important from your physical looks are your health and how you feel on the inside. That’s why you should embrace the aging process and try to live a fulfilled and a healthy life.
