How does Diamond Microdermabrasion works?

An adjustable vacuum pump (in a hygienically closed setting) gently ‘sweeps’ the skin’s surface to remove the first or topmost layer. The body interprets this as a mild injury and new cells are quickly re-grown. Mild swelling and redness may be initially visible between 2 and 48 hours.

With the topmost layer gone, healthy replacement cells take the effect of ‘baby smooth’ skin.
