1. Appointments
Consultations with the doctors at Cocoon Medical Spa are complimentary.
A credit card number is required to secure all Spa Bookings. Your credit card will only be charged in the case of no-show or cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment.
If you would like to add, change or cancel any bookings or treatments, please give at least 24hours notice by email or telephone.
The doctor will consult with you and provide you a treatment plan. Both you and the doctor are under no obligation to proceed with procedures at any time. The doctor reserves the right to reject any patient if she/he feels that the treatments cannot give the patients the results that they are expecting.
Complimentary pick up and drop off service is based on availability, based on a first come first served basis, and this service will be booked and confirmed when you make your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete our consultation form and to relax in our lounge. Please note if you are running late, as a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments will be completed as scheduled.
2. Cancellation policy
Late cancellations and no-shows impact on us significantly. The time for your treatments is reserved especially for you.
We have anticipated the following questions you might have about our Cocoon Medical Spa Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3. Payment for Services and Procedures
After mutually agreeing to the treatments, you will prepay for all treatments and your plan. Treatments cannot proceed without your agreement and payment.
Prices can change at any time. The final price you pay is the original price on the date when you made the booking. You are protected for any price rises after your booking is made.
4. Prepaid Series Packages:
After payment, we do not refund any packages/or part packages. We will gladly give you opportunity to let friends or families use the remaining credits/sessions.
This can not be used against any discounted treatments or be used in conjunction with any other offer, or gift certificate. Late cancellations could incur the forfeit of 1 part of series if less than 24 hrs is given.
5. Gift Vouchers:
Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or used against other offers.
Our Gift Certificate are valid for 1 year or have set expiry dates. If you do not use the certificate prior the expiry date it will be irrecoverable.
Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date. Charges may apply up to 50% of the gift certificate if 4 weeks extension is required prior expiry date.

Gift Certificate value or service can be changed if advised within 24 hours. Any cost incurred for the change like credit card processing fee, postage will be charged to client.
6. Female and Male doctors
Cocoon Medical Spa employs both male and female doctors, and will place each patient with the therapist whose skills are best suited to the treatment requested. Please notify us if you have a preference for a doctor of a particular sex.
7. The Cocoon Guarantee
Risks are inherently associated with any treatments, any doctor, anywhere in the world.
It is important to read and understand the risks associated with the treatments:
If you do not wish to agree and be responsible for these risks outlined, we strongly recommend that you do not have procedures
If, in the case that there are no results from your treatments and you have followed the doctors advice, then we will redo the treatment again. Please read more about the guarantee here.
