Immediately After Treatment (Day 1)
What You May Experience:
- Mild redness, tenderness, slight swelling, and potentially a sunburn‑like sensation.
- Skin may feel dry or tight.
What To Do:
- No makeup for at least 12 hours
- Avoid touching the treated area for 4–6 hours.
- Resume gentle skincare and SPF the next morning.
After Treatment Days 2–3
What You May Notice
- Swelling often peaks around day 2–3.
Swelling, resolving 24–72 hours, will usually look very minimum in a few hours.
- Redness and tenderness, usually improving.
- Skin may feel dry, rough, or flaky; some may notice light peeling or even small bumps.
What To Do
- Continue using mild, hydrating products; no retinoids, exfoliants, or strong active ingredients.
- Avoid actives or exfoliation
After Treatment Days 4–5
What You May Experience
- Most redness and sensitivity subside; swelling begins to reduce.
- Skin texture should feel smoother as channels close and healing advances.
- Bruising—if present—may still be visible.
What To Do
- Gentle routine continues, bruising still possible but rare.
After Treatment Days 6-7

- Most clients can resume a gentle skincare routine, including moisturizers, serums, and physical sunscreen.
- Active skincare (AHA/BHA, retinoids) should still be avoided for at least 7 days.

- If planning maintenance sessions, the second treatment is typically scheduled at least four weeks after the first.
What to do

Do:
