Feel Good Feet & Hand Reflexology
Hands work as hard as feet and rarely get a massage of their own. Here they get one, after your lower legs and feet.
- Duration
- 60 or 90 minutes
- Pressure
- Gentle to firm, as you ask
- Available at
- Legian, Ubud, Canggu
Your visit
You stay dressed, so wear something loose that rolls up to the knee.
Some reflex points feel tender, but none should feel sharp.
If one does, say so.
Good to know
It suits
For when your legs are heavy from walking or standing and your hands tired from typing.
Tell us about diabetes, circulation problems, reduced sensation, swelling, open wounds, skin infections, acute inflammation, a recent fracture or suspected blood clot before you book.
Before and after your visit
- Tell your therapist about injuries, surgery, sensitive areas and anything you would like avoided.
- Say if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, and we check the massage suits you.
- Do not arrive straight after a heavy meal.
- Drink water before and after, and go easy on alcohol either side.
- Ask for more or less pressure at any point.
- Take a moment to sit up slowly before you stand.
Long strokes, then thumbs
First, your feet are washed in a brass bowl. Your therapist works oil into the calves, ankles and feet with long, flowing strokes, warming the muscles and easing the tension the day has left.
Next, thumbs and fingers press chosen points on the soles. Your hands get the same.
