Complimentary pick up and drop off service is BASED ON AVAILABILITY and not included in the treatment automatically. The service based on a first come first served basis, and this service will be booked and confirmed when you make your appointment. NO FARE REFUND is given to clients who comes to Cocoon with any other kind of other transportation.
