Triple Booster Vitamin IV
It hydrates you and gives your body antioxidants and B vitamins. The drip carries them into a vein, so nothing has to be digested first.
- Before the drip
- A medical assessment
- Available at
- Legian · Ubud · Canggu

A pair of antioxidants
Vitamin C is one, and your immune system needs it to work normally. Glutathione is the other.
The three B vitamins play a part in turning food into energy and in the everyday work of nerves and cells, and saline is the fluid that carries them all. At Legian, the drip bags hang against salt bricks lit from behind.
In the drip
- Saline
- Vitamin C, 5,000 mg
- Glutathione, which your body also makes
- Vitamins B1, B6 and B12
Your visit
We ask about your medical history, medicines and allergies before anything goes in.
The drip runs slowly through a small cannula in a vein, usually in your arm.
We watch you throughout, and slow or stop the drip if you feel uncomfortable.
- Tell us what you take, including supplements, and about any kidney or heart condition.
- Say if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Say if you are having cancer treatment or take blood thinners.
- Eat something and drink water before you come.
- Expect a small dressing on your arm, and a little tenderness or bruising that passes.
- Drink water afterwards and keep the rest of the day easy.
- Contact us if anything unexpected develops afterwards.
- Mention diabetes or a glucose monitor, as high-dose vitamin C can affect some readings.
- Say if you have been told to limit fluids.
Is it right for you?
- Want vitamin C and glutathione together
- Can sit still while the drip runs
- Are at ease with a cannula
Before you book, tell us about kidney disease or past kidney stones, G6PD deficiency, and haemochromatosis or any other iron-storage condition.
Afterwards
Some people feel more hydrated the same day or within 24 hours, and others notice little straight away. Results vary between people.
The vein where the cannula went in can be sore, bruised or irritated, or bleed a little. Some people feel light-headed or sick. Infection can follow any drip, and allergic or fluid-related complications are uncommon.
Questions people ask
No drip can promise that. It cannot prevent, treat, diagnose or cure illness, and never replaces good food, sleep or medical care.
It depends on the rate prescribed for you, so please ask us when you book.
There is no standard weekly plan. After your assessment, we recommend one based on your health and how you respond.
