Brain Booster Vitamin IV
Is the week ahead asking a lot of your attention? This drip is for weeks like that: fluids and a multivitamin blend, with citicoline added.

Citicoline, carried in saline
Saline is the hydrating base, and the multivitamin blend brings the nutrients your body uses for normal energy metabolism and for the everyday work of its cells. Then there is citicoline. Your body draws on it to make phosphatidylcholine, an important part of cell membranes.
The drip runs in slowly, at a controlled rate, while we watch how you respond.
In the drip
- Saline
- Multivitamin (ask us for the exact blend)
- Citicoline
Your visit
We go through your medical history, including medicines and allergies, and check the drip suits you.
A small cannula goes into a vein, usually in your arm, and you sit back.
The cannula comes out, and if you booked a pickup, our driver takes you back.
- Tell us what you take, including supplements, and about any kidney or heart condition.
- Say if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Say if you are having cancer treatment or take blood thinners.
- Eat something and drink water before you come.
- Expect a small dressing on your arm, and a little tenderness or bruising that passes.
- Drink water afterwards and keep the rest of the day easy.
- Contact us if anything unexpected develops afterwards.
- Mention any liver condition, fluid restriction or treatment you are having now.
Is it right for you?
- Have a mentally demanding stretch ahead
- Want fluids and vitamins together
- Are curious about citicoline
Please tell us before you book if you take anything for mood, sleep, concentration, blood pressure or a neurological condition.
Afterwards
Some people feel more hydrated or clearer-headed the same day or within 24 hours, and others notice little change. Results vary.
The vein can feel sore or irritated, or bruise or bleed a little, and you can feel dizzy or sick for a while. Infection, an allergic reaction or a fluid-related complication is less common.
Questions people ask
No one can promise that. Research on citicoline for memory and thinking is mixed. The drip does not diagnose or treat dementia, memory loss, ADHD or another neurological or medical condition.
It depends on your health and how you respond, and we suggest a schedule once we have seen you.
It goes alongside good food and sleep, but does not replace prescribed medicine or a doctor's check of memory or concentration problems that last.
