THE TREATMENT

How Does Feel Good Feet & Hands Reflexology Work?

Feel Good Feet & Hand Reflexology focuses on areas that often become tired through travelling, walking, standing and everyday device use. Your treatment begins with massage movements across the lower legs and feet to warm the tissues, ease tension and help tired limbs feel more comfortable.

Your therapist then uses the thumbs and fingers to apply controlled pressure to selected areas of the feet. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort, creating a balance between focused reflexology and soothing massage.

The treatment continues with hand reflexology. Gentle massage and targeted pressure are applied across the palms, fingers and surrounding areas to help relax hands that may feel tired from typing, scrolling or other repetitive daily activities.

The 90-minute experience allows more time for detailed work across the feet, lower legs and hands, while the 60-minute option provides a complete and refreshing treatment. There is no head or facial massage included in either duration.

The Sensory Experience

Feel tired legs gradually settle as slow massage movements travel across the calves, ankles and feet. Focused pressure beneath the feet is balanced with soothing work across the hands and fingers, creating a comforting sense of release from one end of the body to the other.

Your Treatment

What to Expect

Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation and ask about your preferred pressure, areas of sensitivity and any concerns affecting your feet, legs or hands.

You can remain comfortably dressed, although clothing should allow easy access to the lower legs. The treatment focuses on the lower legs, feet, hands and fingers, with pressure adapted throughout according to your comfort.

Some reflex points may feel more sensitive than others. This should never become sharply painful, so let your therapist know whenever you would like the pressure adjusted. After your treatment, take a moment to sit up slowly and enjoy the relaxed feeling before continuing your day.

A Good Choice For

Who It’s For

This treatment is ideal if your feet and legs feel tired after walking, standing or travelling, or if your hands and fingers feel overworked from typing and using digital devices. It is also a comforting choice if you experience a feeling of heaviness in the lower legs, prefer a focused treatment rather than a full-body massage, or simply want to unwind while giving these hardworking areas extra care.

Before You Book

Things to Consider

Please tell your therapist if you have sensitive areas, swelling, circulatory concerns, diabetes, reduced sensation, recent injuries or a condition affecting your feet, legs or hands.

The treatment may need to be adapted or postponed if you have open wounds, skin infections, recent fractures, acute inflammation, unexplained swelling or a suspected blood clot. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or receiving medical care, please ask your healthcare provider whether reflexology is suitable for you before booking.

Helpful Information

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about your treatment and what to expect.

Does the treatment include a facial or head massage?

No. Feel Good Feet & Hand Reflexology focuses only on the lower legs, feet, hands and fingers. It does not include facial massage, head massage or facial acupressure.

What is the difference between the 60- and 90-minute treatments?

Both options include lower-leg and foot massage together with hand reflexology. The 90-minute treatment provides more time for detailed work and a slower, more extended experience.

Is reflexology painful?

Certain areas may feel sensitive when pressure is applied, but the treatment should remain comfortable. Your therapist can make the pressure lighter or firmer at any time.

Can I keep my clothes on?

Yes. You can remain dressed during the treatment. We recommend wearing loose or comfortable clothing that can be raised easily above the lower legs.

Is this treatment suitable after a flight?

Yes, it can be a relaxing choice after travelling when your feet and lower legs feel tired or heavy. However, seek medical advice for sudden, severe or one-sided swelling, pain, redness or warmth rather than booking a massage.

How will I feel afterwards?

Most guests feel relaxed, with their feet, legs and hands feeling rested and refreshed. Take a little time to stand up slowly and drink some water after your session.
