BREATHE & RESTORE
Oxygen Halo "Breath of Life"
Breathe Deeply. Slow Down. Give Your Body Time to Recharge.
The Experience
Oxygen Halo “Breath of Life”
Lie back and relax during a 30-minute Oxygen Halo session. An oxygen concentrator draws in room air and delivers oxygen-enriched air through a comfortable dome positioned around the head and face.
You may also choose a nasal cannula for more direct delivery. This gentle, non-invasive experience creates quiet time to rest and can be paired with selected Cocoon wellness treatments.

The Therapy
How It Works
The Oxygen Halo uses an oxygen concentrator. This equipment draws in surrounding air, removes much of the nitrogen and delivers oxygen-enriched air through a connecting tube.
The concentrated oxygen is directed into a dome positioned around your head and face. Because the dome is open rather than sealed, the delivered oxygen mixes with the surrounding air. Alternatively, a nasal cannula can be used to direct oxygen into the nostrils.
The exact oxygen concentration you breathe depends on the concentrator, flow rate, delivery method and fit of the equipment. It should not be described as 100% pure oxygen unless this has been verified by the device manufacturer.
Oxygen is absorbed through the lungs, not through the skin. The Oxygen Halo should therefore not be described as forcing oxygen through the skin or directly stimulating collagen production.
Your Experience
What to Expect
Your session begins with a short consultation to discuss your health, respiratory history and reason for booking.
You will lie comfortably while the Oxygen Halo is positioned around your head and face. If preferred and considered suitable, oxygen can be delivered through a nasal cannula instead.
The session lasts approximately 30 minutes. You breathe normally and may simply rest, meditate or enjoy the quiet environment.
The treatment does not pressurise the body and should not cause the enclosed feeling associated with a hyperbaric chamber. Most guests can continue their normal activities immediately afterwards.
Pair your session with full body red light therapy for a relaxing light and oxygen wellness experience.

Recommended Frequency
There is no standard wellness schedule; frequency should follow the device protocol and be determined after reviewing your health and reason for treatment.
When Benefits May Be Noticed
You may feel calm or refreshed after one session, but increased energy, better sleep, clearer skin or other health improvements cannot be guaranteed.
Good to Know
Important Considerations
Oxygen Halo is not hyperbaric oxygen therapy and should not replace prescribed supplemental oxygen, respiratory rehabilitation or medical treatment.
Healthy people usually maintain blood oxygen levels within a narrow normal range. Breathing additional oxygen does not necessarily increase energy, immunity, collagen production or general health when oxygen levels are already normal.
The treatment should not be promoted as treating asthma, bronchitis, Long COVID, headaches, migraines, hangovers, swollen ankles, UV damage or another medical condition.
Extra caution is required for people with COPD or another condition that can cause carbon-dioxide retention. Supplemental oxygen should only be used following appropriate medical advice in these cases.
Oxygen supports combustion. Smoking, vaping, open flames, sparks, aerosol sprays and oil or petroleum-based products must be kept away from the equipment. The American Lung Association provides detailed guidance on the safe handling of supplemental oxygen.
Stop the session and alert the team if you experience breathing difficulty, chest discomfort, dizziness, nausea, confusion, unusual drowsiness or a worsening headache.

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about your treatment and what to expect.
Is Oxygen Halo the same as hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
No. The Oxygen Halo is open and does not increase atmospheric pressure. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy takes place inside a specially pressurised medical chamber.
Does the treatment use 100% pure oxygen?
An oxygen concentrator produces oxygen-enriched air. The concentration you breathe depends on the equipment, flow rate and delivery method. An open halo does not create a sealed environment of 100% oxygen.
Is oxygen absorbed through my skin?
No. Oxygen supplied by the halo or nasal cannula enters the body mainly through the lungs. Claims that it flows through the skin are not accurate.
Can I choose a nasal cannula instead of the halo?
Yes, a nasal cannula may be available if you prefer more direct delivery. The team will confirm whether it is suitable during your consultation.
Can Oxygen Halo improve low oxygen levels?
Oxygen Halo is designed as a wellness experience, not as treatment for low blood-oxygen levels. If you have breathlessness or suspected low oxygen, seek medical advice rather than relying on a wellness oxygen session.
Can I combine it with red-light therapy?
Yes. Oxygen Halo can be paired with 360 Full Body and Face Red Light Radiance to create a relaxing 30-minute wellness combination.
