Royal Thai Touch
- Duration
- 90 minutes
- Pressure
- Medium to firm, adjustable
- Available at
- Legian, Ubud, Canggu
Your visit
Rhythmic pressure first, then your therapist lifts and folds your arms and legs into yoga-inspired stretches, so all you do is let go. You stay fully clothed, in loose, comfortable clothes that are waiting for you.
Your therapist begins with a quiet chat about the pressure you like, any tight spots, and how you feel about warmth. Adjust anything at any point. This time is yours.
Mention any injuries, too, and how flexible you feel today.
New to massage? Just tell us. We’ll guide you through everything.

Aftercare
- Drink water before and after, and go easy on alcohol either side.
- Take a moment to sit up slowly before you stand.
Good to know
Ideal for
Anyone who enjoys firm pressure and would sooner spend 90 minutes being stretched than oiled.
Please note
If you have an acute injury, an unhealed fracture, severe inflammation, late-stage osteoporosis or recent surgery, we will adapt the massage for you, or wait.
Before your visit
- Tell your therapist about injuries, surgery, sensitive areas and anything you would like avoided.
- Say if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, and we check the massage is right for you.
- Do not arrive straight after a heavy meal.
- Ask for more or less pressure at any point.
- Please mention hypermobility (joints that bend further than usual), joint problems or limited mobility.
Your therapist does the moving
You lie on a dark mat while your therapist works rhythmic compression and acupressure, pressure on chosen points, along your body.
Hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet all play their part, until tight muscles soften. Then the stretching begins.
Your therapist lifts and folds your arms and legs into yoga-inspired stretches, leaning in with their body weight.

Questions people ask
It can feel firm, and some stretches intense, but nothing should feel sharp. Just say, and your therapist eases off or shortens a stretch.
Not at all. Each stretch goes only as far as your body moves today, and no yoga is needed.
Oil or lotion would make hands slip. Without it, your therapist can grip and stretch you through your clothes.
